   It’s strong - you can feel the EMS as well as the warmth from the gentle RF as well as the ultra sonic vibration. My skin is softer and firmer when I use it consistently and this actually the second one I’ve owned. Don’t waste your money on cheaper models though - they’re too weak. I’ll use this to drive my water based serums in then apply conductivity gel and do my microcurrent or RF skin tightening.
